Welcome to the Youth Department of Emmanuel Church of God in Christ! Here, we believe that every young person is uniquely gifted, full of purpose, and called to shine brightly for Christ. Our mission is to equip, empower, and encourage the next generation of believers to grow in faith, build string character, and impact their world with love and excellence
At Emmanuel Church of God in Christ, we believe the Youth aren’t the church of tomorrow—they’re the church of right now. Y.E.S. is made up of two vibrant ministries designed to serve our youth at every stage of their journey, Sunshine Connection (Ages 0 - 12) and Teen Ministry (Ages 13 - 17).

Sunshine Connection - Ages 0 - 12
Nurtures our youngest believers through age - appropriate biblical teaching, joyful worship, and faith - based fun that builds a strong spiritual foundation.
Teen Ministry - Ages 13 - 17
Supports middle and high school students with real - life discussions, discipleship, leadership development, and a deeper walk with God.

Whether your teen is curious about God or already walking with Him, there’s a place for them at Teen Talk. Here, faith comes alive through real conversations, biblical truth, and relevant life lessons. It's a space where friendships are formed, gifts are discovered, and young people learn to lead by example - both in church and in their everyday lives.

At Sunshine Connection, every child is welcomed, celebrated, and guided as they learn about Jesus through age - appropriate lessons, meaningful worship, and hands -on fun. This nurturing space helps young hearts grow in faith, build confidence, and shine with the love of Christ alongside new and old friends.
